By accessing openclique.ai or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What OpenClique Is

OpenClique is a social platform that matches people into small groups and organizes curated in-person experiences ("quests") to help them form real friendships. The waitlist grants early access when we open new spots.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join OpenClique. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Conduct

OpenClique is built on mutual respect. You agree not to harass, threaten, or harm other members. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is harmful to the community.

5. No Guarantee of Matching

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a match or participation in a quest. Availability depends on group formation in your city and the experiences we have scheduled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including copy, images, logos, and design — belongs to OpenClique. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

OpenClique is provided "as is." We are not liable for any harm arising from your participation in quests or interactions with other members. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own safety.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
